You are cordialy invited to take part to the European alpacas show, halter and fleece, at the Parc des Expositions of Vierzon (center of France). It will be judged 50/50 by the international judge Liz Barlow. This show will be held the day of Saturday 27 March, followed by a fleece show in the morning of 28.
International Vierzon Show 27/28 mars 2010Dear Friends, You are cordialy invited to take part to the European alpacas show, halter and fleece, at the Parc des Expositions of Vierzon (center of France). It will be judged 50/50 by the international judge Liz Barlow. This show will be held the day of Saturday 27 March, followed by a fleece show in the morning of 28. A correct dress is recommended (black trousers and white or clear uncolored top). Halters and ropes solid dark. In France, there is not any case of tuberculosis, brucellosis nor BVD on alpacas. Nevertheless, for you to be agreeable, for your quietness and the security of your animals, we will take care to assure you the best hygiene conditions during the event. Entry conditions Alpacas must be registered in a registry. Veterinary requirements. Animals from France: please fill the sheet “certificat vétérinaire et attestation de désinsectisation ». Animals coming from European Union: TRACES document settled by vet offices of each country. Please, thanks to check with your vet office that you will be allowed to come to France and to go back to your farm. Arriving-departure. Animals can be settled in boxes from 3 pm on Friday 26. They will be able go back on Sunday 28 from 11am. At your arrival, thanks to give the health papers to the person welcoming you, before to unload the animals. The Alpacas will be guarded during the night. Boxes Thanks to advice on the sheet “Fees” how many boxes (2.5m x 5m) you will need. Hay and straw will be put freely at your disposal. Each breeder will must leave his boxes clean. Stands. Stands of presentation of craft products in animal’s fiber will be put freely at the disposal of breeders exhibitors. Tables and chairs supplied as you want. For commercial stands, please see fees. Acces. Vierzon is in the center of France. The Parc des Expositions de Vierzon is close to the center of the town. It is located “Place de la Libération”, and indicated in the main cross-roads of the town. It is a great blue hall, along the shores of “Le Cher” river, close to the “Pont de l’Europe” with lots of flags. S.O.S. ? => Alpaga Développement 06 81 03 72 90. Restoration You will find on place a bar, sandwiches, salads and puddings. A breeders ‘s dinner is foreseen on Saturday evening at the Auberge de la Coquelle, at Thénioux, thanks to book your meal (see Fees sheet).
