Dear Friends,

You are cordialy invited to take part to the European alpacas show, model-walk­-fleece, at the Parc des Expositions  of Vierzon (center of France). This show will be held the day of Saturday under a covered hall. It will be judged 50/50 by the international Australian judge Dominic Lane.

It will be followed by an alpacas sale to the highest bidders. Animals put for sale will must had taken part to the show before. Sale of stud service on presentation of the stud male or of at least one of his progeny.

A correct dress is recommended (black trousers and white or clear uncolored top). Halters and ropes solid dark.

Veterinary requirements

It will be required a good health veterinary certificate from less than 10 days for entered alpacas, specifying that the herd of origin is equally free of contagious diseases. Animals will have to show no sign of external parasites.

Animals passing an intercommunity border must travel with official papers required by their vet authorities (usually Brucellosis and tb tests).

Arriving­-departure.

Animals can be settled in boxes from 3 pm on Friday 28. They will be able go back at your wish between Saturday after 6 pm and Sunday midday. The Parc will be guarded during the nights from Friday to Sunday.

All the animals must be present in the Parc des Expositions on Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm.

Boxes.

Boxes built with town barriers will be put at your disposal freely (2m50 x 2m50 or multiples).You will be able to decorate them as you wish. Each exhibitor will look after of watering animals and to cover or to straw the soil of his boxes (please foresee pails).

Hay and straw will be put freely at your disposal. Each breeder will imperatively must leave his boxes clean.

Restoration.

A snack is foreseen for the ones who wish on Friday evening. Lunch-trays will be served at place on Saturday midday.

Advertising and stands.

A color booklet will be printed in 2500 copies and distributed during the show and also for events and promotional actions of the year 2008. It will contain articles and information about alpacas, wool, shows, the buying and taking care of alpacas, etc.

- You will can put there advertising for your breeding, your products, your stud services, etc (please see fees). Closure date for sending of advertising: 15 February. Please make it quick as the number of places is limited.

- You will can also hold a stand for information and sale of your products (please see fees).

Lodging.

It is possible to sleep in your motor-home or vehicle on place. Hotels and directions on request to find the Parc.
